Client Process

Agreement
Once an agreement is in place, the new client is assigned a recruiter, and an intake meeting is arranged. In this meeting, the specifics of the search criteria, pay scale, relocation options, etc are set, and the search begins.

Submittal
After candidates are sourced, a formal submittal is sent. This includes the resume and a write up accentuating desired attributes, while addressing potential red flags. The recruiter facilitates all questions and answers between the client and candidate before and after the submittal.

Close
When a candidate is selected to begin the interview process, the recruiter schedules the interview, preps the hiring manager, and debriefs the hiring manager after the interview. When the process moves forward, the recruiter brokers all negotiation and communication between the client and candidate until hired.

Phone Screen
A recruiter will interview the candidate to gain a better understanding of his or her skills, assets and desired career path. When a match is found, the candidate will be moved onto a submittal.

Submit to Close
Upon a candidate being selected for an interview, the recruiter will organize, prep and debrief all the of the interviews. When an offer is made, the recruiter will consult on validity, candidate market value, and cost of living differentials to ensure the most amicable acceptance for both sides.
